Shipping Rates and Policies
TERMS Espressosathome.com ships all U.S. bound package orders via UPS Ground, or USPS. CREDIT CARD POLICY We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Paypal. CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS We do not accept mail orders at this time. WARRANTY POLICY Every espresso machine we sell is backed by a one year manufacturer's warranty. This includes parts and labor. In order to insure your 1 year warranty you must fill out the warranty card that is mailed with the product. RETURN POLICY All merchandise sold by Espressosathome.com is carefully selected to be the best in each category. When there is need for return of merchandise, we apply the following process to be followed: Information made available on the shopping cart must be reviewed carefully for its size, color, voltage and price as stated for each item. It is buyer's responsibility to know the brand and model of the coffee espresso machine being purchased. Upon receiving the merchandise, all items must be checked for damage, shortages or errors and must be notified within 5 days. Merchandise shipped in error will be replaced without additional shipping charge. We will pay return shipping cost only if shipment of wrong item was our mistake. Otherwise there is a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges may be made at the customers request if all shipping and restocking fees are paid by them. However if the wrong product was sent or the mistake was www.espressosathome.com then we will cover the cost and exchange your product at no cost. Claims for damage in shipping will be regulations as laid down by carrier. Claims for damage must be notified to the carrier and a claim number obtained for all future follow up and correspondence. Visible damage to package must be noted on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. For returns, please first contact Espressos at Home by email at support@espressosathome.com . A Return Merchandise Authorization will be issued for return of new machines. New machines must be packaged using original packing materials and all accessories and User's Manual must be included. We make every effort to conduct fair business and we do everything to satisfy customers. Change of opinion, Credit card charge backs for refunds is not acceptable. Return of merchandise with manufacturing defect will be refered to the manufacturer for repalcement or refunds. We will extend every assistence and help to our customers to resolve the matter. SHIPPING INFORMATION To keep shipping costs low, we only ship to continental United States. As long as the item is in-stock, we try to ship your order within 24 hours. We use UPS ground or USPS to ship your merchandise to you. We will provide a tracking number to you. OTHER For orders over $2000, please email us at support@espressosathome.com . We only accept credit card orders under $2000. We will accept Paypal or wire transfers for purchases over $2000. Thankyou.
